When using the Sociella website to purchase one of our products, we will collect ‘Personal Data’. This includes:

To purchase products from Sociella, we accept payments through Stripe or via Bank Transfer. To purchase through Bank Transfer we request that you send an email first, so that we can start the process for you.

All tangible products will be sent Second Class Royal Mail. If for whatever reason you would like our products sent another way, please contact Ella to discuss and organise. Any additional costs will be billed to the customer.

If you buy products from Sociella (e.g. a Social Media Planner) and it arrives faulty you (the Customer) will be within your right to request a refund. You (the Customer) will then have 14 days to return the product at their own expense, where we (Sociella) will then issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. No refunds will be given on any services (e.g. Instagram Audit Call) provided by Sociella.

Sociella’s website, products and social media content is protected by Copyright Laws.

Sociella will govern the use of the United Kingdom’s laws.

When purchasing products or services from Sociella™ we will collect personal information in order for us to complete your order. This information includes:

We use this platform to collect information about pages you visit and how you have reached them, what you do when you visit our website and certain pages on our website and the length of time you spend browsing our web pages. We do not associate any of this information with an identifiable person.
